Cette semaine, après l’émergence et les pionniers du jazz, 2ème émission sur le son de la nouvelle Orléans et on va s’intéresser aujourd’hui aux fanfares qu’on appelle la-as Brass band ou marching bands. Tous les détails historiques du jour sont signés Jean Buzelin, qui travaille entre autre pour l’excellent éditeur Fremeaux et associés. Ils ont sorti en 2006 un disque intitulé jazz modern brass band, first and second lines in new orleans qui regroupe des titres enregistrés entre 1990 et 2005.
